We took Abi to the Tracy Aviary in Salt Lake for her birthday activity. We haven’t been there since Abi was about 10 months, and they have revamped and built SO much in those few years. We really enjoyed ourselves this time and were really surprised at what they had to offer compared to the last.
Abi wore her Birthday Princess badge all day. She loved it and it made her feel so special!
The bird show was AWESOME! We were able to be so close to the birds and see them fly in.
They surprised Abi by knowing it was her birthday so she got to feed an Emu!!! I was so proud of her for getting up and holding the bowl of veggies. It was bigger than her. What a neat experience for her. The Emu’s name was Stanley and he was a DIVA! His attitude was hilarious.
Abi and Dan hung out in the misters for a bit…
Four wheeling with B. Abi kept telling Dan, “You are the looser because I didn’t bring a stroller on these rocks and I beat you.” Epic fail on Dan’s end. It took so long to take the shortcut instead of just going around. Sounds like him to a T… for Thomas!
Abi chose to have cotton candy as her birthday treat.
B wanted NOTHING to do with it…
But wanted everything to do with the Doggie. You could see it in her eyes!
