for all those who need an abi fix like I do-

easter happenings

abi and I boiled 9 dozen easter eggs for a ward party…. then dan had his three young men over to dye them while they watched tangled. it was quite the night!

 

my birthday was last week and I didn’t get a cake. I was going to decorate one, but then things got too crazy with my parents in town and having to get a root canal so abi and I decorated one for easter dinner. here is her version! she was such a wonderful helper and I loved having her next to me in the kitchen.

then we had an easter party with our ward… shortly after this we left the easter party early because abi had a potty accident. not cool.

here is abi’s easter basket. abi watches a barbi princess movie daily and it has a cat named seraphina on it. abi pretends to be this cat. then I saw it in SMITH’S none the less! I had to purchase her for abi! she even comes with her own matching purse to be carried in. best gift for abi ever!

the results of my buttercream cake. kind of unique, but it was fun to try something new.

I wish I could tell abi she needed to go to sleep without fits because the easter bunny is coming…everynight. she went to bed SO well and in the morning was just so good about getting all ready before we left for PC to grandma’s house.all of dan’s family was at his parents’ home. it was really a delightful easter.

I love this girl! Capri is the cutest, sweetest little thing ever.

her brother Rome (abi’s age) was so cute too. he knows all his letters! I was so impressed!
