make sure your nightly pills go all the way down
mine didn’t – I remember swallowing twice thinking that would do it
just one teeny tiny pill
it laid in mid throat all night and burnt a big hole with drip marks down to my tummy
just some major pain meds to relieve pain and help me sleep until it heals
feeling better already

OUCH! Those tiny pills, I think they are almost *too* tiny...you can't feel them! Glad you're feeling better.
