handsome uncle Erik

so my parents ran away leaving me to “babysit” my brother – really he babysat my girls. Look how much they love him-

Monday Erik didn’t have school so we decided to do something really fun. We built a fort in the great room upstairs. We used almost every sheet in the house (those are PERFECT for forts) and built an awesome castle for the day. WE popped popcorn and watched Mr. Popper’s Penguins in our fort. It was fantastic.

This was breakfast one morning when my parents got home. Yet again, Brookie has something in her mouth. She LOVES to bite the spoon when you are feeding her.

See those cute teeth in front? They may look cute, but they are razor sharp.

Erik had his friends over one of the last nights we were there. They just took Abi in and she partied with them all night long. Here she is dancing with them in the garage.

Her hanging out with them reminded me of me being a teen and Erik (who was about 6-7 years old) just tagging along with me and all my friends. I miss doing everything with Erik. He is going to be 18 in a couple of months. WHERE HAS TIME GONE?
