Montrose–let the celebration begin!

Like I mentioned, we went to Colorado for Christmas. We had such a nice time…

doing activities with Mima in the kitchen-

We celebrated our cousin Parker’s first birthday over google hang outs. It was so much fun watching him eat his cake and his sisters desire to dig in as well.

We read lots of books with Mima-

The girls were so good, Santa came to visit to make sure that he heard right with the girls being at Mima’s house. Brookie was very unsure about Santa, but did take a candy cane from him.

We made lots of good food -

And Brookie observed as usual-

I love my parent’s tree. There are so many wonderful ornaments on the tree that have special meaning-

The girls got to open a special present Christmas Eve-

It had their new year ornaments in it – pom poms from their fairy shoes for Halloween.

New pj’s to float around in-

And a Barbie movie to finish it off!

We then had our Christmas Eve program. Thanks to the friend Magazine and Abi for putting it together. Each letter of Merry Christmas stood for something about Christmas.

Poor Banka couldn’t stay awake. He had worked so hard making pizzas at the store. Every year there is a photo of him sleeping while we all bustle about. Great tradition there-

Here is Abi’s finished sign for our program. She was extremely creative in her writing. I love seeing that come out of her.

And the girls went to bed and Santa dropped by…
