Park City

Abi and I went up to Park City last weekend to be with my Aunts, cousins, their kids, and my mom. Here are some photos of my Aunt’s amazing garden! – and my cousin’s cute kids who just wanted photos taken of them and what they wanted to show me. It was so much fun. We also went to Swiss Days in Midway but I was too overwhelmed at all the people to get out my camera… it was SO hot there too!

Burgers – protein intake for a week

Josh was craving a gourmet burger and so we ate them for dinner. They were intense and SO yummy! We had onion rings and tempura (battered and fried veggies) to go along with them.

Colorado – Ridgeway Reservoir and Eagle Court of Honor

We had a great weekend in Colorado with my family to Celebrate my Brother’s Eagle Scout Award. It was so nice to be with my whole family. We haven’t had time like this since Abi was about 3 months old. Abi loved playing with Libby who is five weeks older than her and also with “baby cousin” Kennedi who is only 3 months old. I loved spending time with my brothers and especially my sister-in-law Sam. She is such an amazing mom.

Abi and Libby were SO hard to contain at the ceremony for Erik. For example, we asked Abi to fold her arms for the closing prayer. She did this but proceeded to jump like a bunny down the  aisle. What a spunk.

It is hard for me to imagine that our family once was just five and now we have doubled to TEN people!!!

 

These girls just ADORE uncle “Err-gick”. They are so lucky to have him if you ask me. They loved to “boom” him (dog pile him) and they always wanted to sit on his lap.
